What is HYROX? - HYROX runs global fitness competitions of a specific format. The workouts combine both running & functional fitness stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times. The HYROX training program is structured to develop muscular endurance, aerobic capacity, power, agility and coordination, as well as prepare you if you wish to sign up to an event.
With its unrivalled training space, CrossFit Putney delivers the ultimate HYROX experience. Our weekly classes will get you race ready. Programmed by our Head Coach Mike, classes follow the HYROX principals of Compete, Engine, Power & Foundational structures.
We also run regular weekend HYROX simulations to get you race ready. With collaboration from some of the coolest fitness brands expect unmatchable vibes and fun to match. As an official HYROX training Club CrossFit Putney also get early bird access to HYROX races.
